Every 4Star Boutiqueen order is carefully inspected, elegantly packaged and prepared for delivery.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Exact delivery times vary by destination and are shown at checkout before you pay.
Free shipping is available on qualifying orders — see the banner at the top of the site for current thresholds. Cash on Delivery and UPI are both accepted.
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow it every step of the way.
Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your 4Star Boutiqueen piece. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn and returned in its original packaging with tags attached. Customised or made-to-order pieces cannot be returned unless faulty.

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly at no cost to you.
Care Instructions
Washing — Hand wash gently in cold water, or dry clean for embroidered and embellished pieces. Avoid bleach.
Ironing — Iron on the reverse side, especially over embroidery, beadwork or prints, to protect the finish.
Storage — Store away from direct sunlight and moisture. Hang or fold along natural seams to keep the fabric's shape.
Stains — Blot spills gently with a clean, dry cloth rather than rubbing. For delicate fabrics, we recommend professional cleaning.
